Exposition / Beginning : Characters : mother stork and her child . Two wild ducks.Deep in the forest.

Problem: The little stork depended totally on his mother for food and care.

Rising Action : The mother asked her son to leave her and start his own life to depend on himself .

Climax / Middle : The Little Stork could not catch any fish ,felt embarrassed in front of the ducks and hid his head under his wings.

Falling Action : The Little Stork died of starvation ,because his mother did not teach him how to hunt for food.

Resolution /  Ending : I learned from the story that never ask anyone to do something he does not know how to do it.
