Sakura is a Cherry Blossom, all of the Cherry Blossoms come from the same parents. The Cherry Blossom season = two weeks and they come in spring. When they fall they look like snowflakes. In 1912 Japan gave 3000 Sakuras to washington to show they are friends. There are many places you can watch the sakura including the Mount Fuji volcano the talest hight in Japan, Kamakura, Kyoto, and the biggest buddha and in many more places. "Hanami" is the Japanese tradition of picnicing under the sakuras and they have so many festivals and they're popular, ladies play the koto instrument. There are over 300 types of sakuras in Japan and usozumi-zakura means flower. Asukayama park is the first Hanami park who has the famous spot for Hanami and Tokugawa yoshimune created this first park in Japan. Cherry Blossoms are part of everyday life.
