Tales of fourth grade nothing

I think the story will be about peter and his family. Peter has a terrible thing in his life. His brother. he is 2 and half years old. Peter went to  jimmy's birthday. Peter won a turtle. But his mom didn't like it. He won it because they made a games . whose the closest number to guess how many jelly bean they were in the jar. Peter was the closest so he won the turtle but all the others won a goldfish.
